Wake up to reality

Nothing ever goes as planned in this accursed world. The longer you live, the more you realize that the only things that truly exist in this reality are merely pain, suffering and futility. Listen, everywhere you look in this world, wherever there is light, there will always be shadows to be found as well. As long as there is a concept of victors, the vanquished will also exist. The selfish intent of wanting to preserve peace, initiates war and hatred is born in order to protect love. There are nexuses causal relationships that cannot be separated.

Yes, we feel.

                                                                 

We experience various emotions from sadness to happiness to frustration to loneliness and so forth. It is possible to feel excessively. We can experience extreme joy and extreme sorrow over seemingly insignificant events. Why are you letting your emotions govern you, others ask? Then, we frequently find ourselves asking, "Am I feeling too much?" Am I being too dramatic? "Am I overthinking this?" I should ask myself, "Do I really need to control what I feel?" All I'm trying to convey is that you should stop downplaying and dismissing your emotions since they are perfectly normal.

You have every right to feel the way you do, even if your emotions aren't always sensible or original. Let go of any advice you may have received regarding how you should or should not feel. You must pay attention to the voice of your spirit and treasure your inner truth. Keep in mind that you are free to feel anything you want.

Your emotions are valid, and they matter. It's acceptable to feel excessively because when you're feeling, you can appreciate how others feel. I believe that those that experience excessive emotion are the ones who sincerely love. Keep in mind that you don't need anyone's permission or approval to feel. People that are able to feel you and your emotions will never be critical of how you feel; instead, they will respect it.

Our human life is a guest house,

Every morning is a new arrival,

Every day brings a new visitor,

Either a joy, a sadness, a peace or tiredness,

Someone comes as an unexpected visitor,

Builds bond ship, create memories and then leaves,

Then, again someone enters our life and then leaves,

It goes on the same,

Thus, our life is a guest house,

People visiting and leaving,

Be it an entertaining visitor or melancholy visitor,

Meet them at the door laughing and welcome them,

Human life-A guest house,

Having a new visitor each day.
